Also had an arm workout that I missed posting. I have been weighing between 238-240 every morning and around 242-244 at night. I have been pretty consistent eating for about two months now which is really good for me. It has been showing too. My numbers are close to my pr's and I am weighing less. My best bench I hit when I was 257lbs. My pr for squats I think I was 260+. My deadlift is my only pr I'm not close to that was done at a lighter weight and that's my fault because I haven't been pulling. Speaking of not pulling, my reason for it has been I don't like the bars at my normal gym and I realized that is one of the saddest excuses for not doing something that I have ever heard, so no more of that. I'm just gonna pull and when I pull with a bar I like it will be that much better.
