Yea, it sucked. The last two reps I was holding on with my finger tips as well kinda surprised my grip didn't give.

Thanks. I would gladly trade my rep ability for a better max. I really don't think I could pull 600 right now. Pretty sad compared to the reps, and don't judge me for doing kick backs.

Thanks Coke. I used to do weighted pull ups often.

    9/1 Legs

    Squats
    135x5
    135x15
    135x5
    225x5
    315x5
    405x5

    Leg Press
6x10-20 Last set was a very heavy 10 reps

    GM's
    3x10

    Hamstring Curls
    3x10

    Calves
    4x16

Still taking it easy on squats with my knee and back hurting. The back pain seems to be getting worse and the knee pain is getting better. Starting to think the pain in my back is a disc and not muscular. It is a dull pain all day long then when I do something like DB rows or have a bar on my back its becomes a sharp pain.

From what I have read it is most likely tendonitis.

Damn, things look strong in here. Where do you struggle on your Deadlift? Any tips you got on bench I'd be happy to listen. Your bench is insane! Sounds crappy about the pain in your back. I bet it is tendonitis; which sucks cause that usually means you need to change your form somewhere, or it will just keep coming back. Think it's your shelf on squats?

I am bad off the floor with the deadlift, but my lock out is extremely strong compared to my actual deadlift. One of the biggest problems has just been consistancy and I can say that for all of my lifts and eating habits. Although my diet has been much better for the last few months. I believe I got the tendonitis when I starting playing football again and just jumped right into playing games without practice or running. As far as tips on bench goes, for me football has been my biggest problem. I play linebacker so shoulder takes a pounding. I haven't played nearly as much as usual so my shoulders have been healthy. The other thing that has worked for me is sub maximal work in the 80%-90% range with a good amount of reps. That could also be because the combination of max work and football was to much on my shoulder and probably my whole body. So no football and max work might work, but I have never tried. I have been playing 3 seasons of football a year for the last 6 years, that's basically all year round. Sorry for the long explaination and kind of talking in circles just to say I don't know and keep your shoulders healthy.

    9/6 Shoulders and Bi's

    Lateral Raises
    8x10-20 Heavist set was with 45lb db's

    Hammer Curls
    50x15
    50x15
    70x10
    90x10

    Hammer Strength Shoulder Press
    1pps x15
    2 pps x8
    3pps x8
    4pps x25

    Rope Hammer Curls
    3x15

    6 Way Raises
    3x10

    Db Curls
    3x25

Solid work out. I have a sprained wrist so I can really only do hammer curls unless I use really light dumbells, which I did at the end. I only used 20lb. db's.

    9/9 Legs

    Squats
    bar x15
    bar x5
    bar x5
    bar x5
    135x5
    225x3
    315x3
    405x3
    495x5 put wraps on
    535x3 wraps

That's all I had time for before work. Wanted to put wraps on so I could still squat some decent weight without aggravating my knee to much. That's also why I did more warm up sets with the bar and not weight. The weights felt really fast with the wraps and the knee felt decent. I'll do this for a couple weeks.

Thanks for the tips, man. Sounds like you're telling me you really just increased your work capacity and GPP through playing ball. Looks like a short and sweet squat session there. What sort of hip and knee warmups do you do before you squat?

Very nice pressing strength with the bench and shoulder work. Squats looking string too.

Ok, if you ask me , Morningwheg and Reid have no clue anymore about this game. How do you walk into Cleveland knowing 1- they cant stop the run, and 2- they have a decent secondary AND throw the ball 56 times!!! Are you fucking kidding me! Shady is the best RB in the league and every time he touched the ball, he gained 6-8 yards. BUT according to the fatman, thats not good enough! Vick is so rusty and looks for the fast escape out of the pocket, and because of that his line has no clue where he's going. No wonder they cant stop the onslaught! Vick couldnt stop throwing into double coverage either! He doesnt scan the field at all and projects every throw. They have to balance the pass/run ratio or the Ravens are going to eat them alive this week.
One thing though the D looks pretty damn good. Domico Ryans is looking like the leader we hopes for and the DRC and Coleman both had huge days. Nhamdi looked a little shaky to start but had some key tackles later in the game. If they get it together, they might have a shot. But Vick wont last if this passing offense continues. Probably not past the Ravens. Foles is definately our guy for the near future, hopefully sooner then they hope. I dont want to see anyone get hurt, but Foles is our hope. Lets see what happens this week....

Haven't missed any workouts, just didn't post them.

Monday I benched. My main sets were:
    315x5
    335x5
355x5 All easy, did some incline work after and called it a day.

Tuesday I did back. Only did pulldowns, did about 15 sets. It's the only thing that doesn't bother my back

    Wednesday I did arms.

    Thursday I did shoulders.
