Not as strong as I should be and compared to a good amount of people on here I'm not that strong.

Thanks Brian. I will never understand it. McCoy is so good and he always gets better as the game goes on. They need to run the hell out of him to have people belive they will run and then do play actions that defenses might actually bite on.

I don't know if I just "busted it out" I really couldn't have done one more rep. Thanks though.

Spending 3 nights in the hospital and the first 2 nights home with my newborn son absolutely affected my training. 405 felt very very heavy. Once I get a routine as far as sleep and everything goes I will set some new goals. Bored of the aimless training.

It's been about a month since I posted a workout. I have been making it to the gym once or twice a week. Last two:

    Bench Press
    135x15
    225x10
    225x5
    275x5
    315x5
    335x5
    355x1
    375x1

    Decline Bench
    275x20
    275x20

    Legs

    Hamstring Curls
    4x12

    SLDL's
    5x8

    Squats
    225x10
    315x8
    365x5
    405x5

    Hack Squat
    4x8

Strength is holding up pretty decent dispite me not being in the gym and my diet being all over the place. I am starting to fall into a new routine now with having a kid so everything should pick back up. The only thing that sucks is now I am lifting in the morning before work and I feel weak as piss in the morning. Luckily my kid only wakes up once during the night so I still get sleep.

Glad to see you holding on and managing to stay on track.

Looks like you are transitioning into fatherhood very well, lol.
