    Have you tried deficits Nick?

    2/1 Bench (5 rep day)
    bar x 20
    135x15
    185x10
    225x5
    255x5
    275x5
290x10 (left a couple in the tank)

    Incline DB Press
    70x10
    80x10
    90x10
105x10 (easing into these because I haven't done them in a while)

    Pull Ups
    3x15

    Cross Body Tri Extensions
    20x20
    20x18
20x17 (got these from elitefts.com in Dave Tate's one movement article)

Curls ss w/ Double Overhand Snatch Grip Shrugs
    105x15/275x15
    105x15/275x15
    105x10/275x10

    Abs
3x15 (have not done abs in forever and I can certainly tell)

Feels good to have a plan in place again. My training max for bench is 340lbs. for this cycle. I will also be doing abs twice a week because I have been slacking and quite frankly it will help all my lifts. I am also dropping Military presses for a cycle because they have been killing my wrists, I will use the Hammer Strength machine instead.

Not that anyone cares but one of the cool things about living in Vegas and betting on the Super Bowl is they have some cool prop bets at the casinos, so I thought I would let you guys know what I bet on today.

I took the Colts -5 and the over of 57 for my normal bets.
Total sacks by Saints over 1.5
Total receptions by Shockey over 3
Total recieving yards by Shockey over 32
Total rushing and recieving yards by Bush over 58.5
Total catches by Bush over 3.5
Largest lead of the game under 16.5
No team will have 3 or more unanswered scores

The past 3 super bowls I have kicked a** on prop bets so hopefully the streak continues.

My Grandfather put in some similar bets and didn't do so well this year...

March Madness is right around the corner though and you can make up some money then!
