    Some Day I'll be breaking Records....

    ...for now heres my Journal
    (Weights are in Kilograms, sorry)

    Weight - 80 kg
    Height - 5'9"
    Age - 19 in December

    Howdy folks,
    I've been Lifting for over 2 years now, but started training seriously this year. I worked on madcows 5*5 for a long time and Its given me great gains but found it too taxing on my CNS so decided to try Wendlers 5/3/1. I've always trained alone and the internet has been my main source of information and hopefully the good folks at wannabebig can point me in the right direction.
    My current stats are,
    Squat - 180kgs (only belt)
    Bench - 110Kgs
    Deadlift 230kgs (only belt)
    So far my main goal is to break 300kgs in the deadlift (with or withour suit) before I turn 21, get my squat pass 200kgs and seriously improve my bench.

    I'll be using the following 90% RM's on this progam
    Squat - 145kgs
    Bench - 90kgs
    Deadlift - 197.5kgs
    Overhead Press - 65kgs

    Assistance work

    Finished off with some back extensions with a 20kg bar on my neck.

    I could hardly walk so I decided to stay a while in the gym before heading home. Another satisfactory leg day. I'l be aiming for some projectile puking and nose bleeds next time around.

    Some forearm work - Reverse curls and wrist curls.

    Finished the day with Sled pulls
    85kg up to about 50m : 3 sets.

    Welcome. I am enjoying 5/3/1 as well. Your current max lifts are impressive after only a couple of years of training. Good luck with your goals, looking good in here.

    Thanks bud, yeah I got a few meets coming up so I'm more worried about strength than size at the moment.
