    Arms definitely looking SWOLE! Your back double bi looks very good, definite improvement.

    Shoulders look great from the back, and your upper back looks much thicker. You've definitely been putting in some hard work and the weight gain has been good and the muscle gain is showing.

    Hey Rory, I'll unveil them in a few weeks.

    Thomas, strength is awesome, hit a PR on ATG squats today with 405 x 4 =)

    Hit a PR on DB Bench, Inc DB Bench, and a few other things over the past few weeks.

    I hope to keep most of my strength through this prep. I have a much smarter approach and sort of already know what works for my body.


    I'm back to posting here full time again. At least 2-3 updates a week with how things are going.

    You look so much more improved compared to pics from a year ago! You have definitely added some quality muscle, 10+ pounds maybe? You look DAMN good at this point also.

    Very lean for 189. Do you really plan on tapering your calories down over time? I wouldn't suspect that you will need to do any drops in the near future. Some cardio or low dips in calories and you'll lean out great!

    I have a lot of faith that you'll do so much better and be much happier with your own progress this go round.
