    I binged and hit 7.5k cals yest =(

    weight 184 today. Feel so sick Macros were 260/1100/250

    Goal as far as what? Caloric intake? How much weight I am trying to gain?

    Right now I'm shooting for 65/400/200 f/c/p ~3000 cals a day.

    Ultimately the goal is to get to a solid 210-220 before prepping for the 2011 season. I plan to slowly increase cals from 3K as weight gain stalls.

    Yesterday was a mistake, I feel like doodoo today. I need to stay away from the reeses and twix!

    After I posted that yesterday I consumed 1/2 jar of Dark Choc Dreams PB, 20 reeses cups, and a few handfuls of dark chocolate chips. Finished the day off around 6.5k lol. 14k cals in 2 days. I need to stop eating like this or I might lose my abs to quickly haha.

    I'm from Ohio, but I'm going to be in New York around September of next year for a buddies bachelor party, but I talked to them about me competing in a contest out there in August or September.

    I'm planning on doing 2-3 just to drive myself into it, but I'd like to get them within a close time frame.

    1 in NY or Jersey around August/September, then look for some in Ohio September-November.

    I think 210-220 is a great figure for you to aim for. If you don't add a significant amount of BF, you should be VERY improved from your previous contests.

    You should pack on some weight quickly, especially now that you know what to do in and out of the gym.

    The LI Experience would fit the bill. It about hour out of NYC. I thought about doing it when I competed but chose the NYC Natural instead.
