I need help with something, if any of you are basketball fans, you would be familiar with Ben Gordon. I want to get arms and shoulders like him, and tips on what types of exercises/lifts I should be doing? I've attached pictures of him for reference.

The exercises that will get you big like that are; Squats, Deadlifts, Bench Press, Overhead Press, Barbell Rows, Chin-ups, and maybe some Curls.
