been implementing accessory work now and have picked up two key problem areas but wanted to know that I'm diagnosing it right.
With the new bench form the weight comes flying off the chest and stalls about 2/3rds of the way up. While push pressing it did the same thing on teh final sets.
So I chose closed grip floor presses to make the tri's handle some better weight since my chest and shoulders seem to be blasting thru their sections of the press. The floor press stops EXACTLY where I start to stall on the bench and only plan on implementing it after my monday heavy bench sessions for 10reps or less then hitting them with some pressdowns for lighter/higher rep sets on bench accessory only day.
