    Amount Of Glutamine & Creatine In Foods / Liquids.. ?

    I was curious does anyone know how much glutamine is in everyday foods? For example 1 cup of milk has 8g of protein. How much glutamine is there in a cup of milk? Or chicken or turkey or red meat.

    I have heard before that a pound of red meat is 2g of creatine or something along those lines?

    Also what about the amount of glutamine in whey protein isolate vs. whey protein concentrate?

    go to www.nutri-facts.com and search for a food and look for a 'show details' link
    it shows a count for all the amino acids, but it does have anything about creatine
