how bad is it if after a ggood workout you can't get a good meal with supps until hours later?
like you may get a bite to eat after training, but a good solid meal with your supps, protein shake, whatever not until many hours later.
As long as you're hitting your daily calories and macros the timing of one meal isn't going to make or break you.
