    tuna, chicken, turkey, eggs, protein powder, low/non-fat mayonnaise...there are many more.

    low/non fat mayo usually has a lot of carbohydrate to make up for the reduced fat

    You are right Jane......if you want no carbs you have to go with 100% real Mayo.

    This page has a lot of GOOD low carb recipes. Some of them have the nutrient values of the meals, some of them you have to figure out. Not really that hard.
