    pulled bicep

    I current have a pulled bicep for the past 18 weeks, its getting better but i cant do any pullups or pulldowns and hammercurls everything else is fine, my question is what can i do for lats? i been doing straight arm pull downs, and also im currently cutting

    Are you able to deadlift and one-arm row?
    Age: 24 Height: 5'9" Weight: 185

    i can deadlift no problem, i havent gone past 225 tho since injury, i do 225 for 10 no problem, i didnt try one arm row but i do T-barw ro no problem

    I'd suggest deadlifting and any variation of a row should do your lats just fine.
