Info about me,
28 years old 5`8 160 Lbs I have done some weight training here and there without knowing a lot. At 18 I was the skinny type (124) but in the last couple of years with better eating like I said I am now at 160. Each time I was training and eating right I was gaining so now with a good program and some consistency I will try to reach 180 and getting stronger along the way. I don't know the number I will reach but I will try to reach my full potential.
I train to feel right and stay healthy too, 2 really important things.
I will do SS for as long as I can its my first step, a good foundation is really important to build on.
My first day: Body weight 160 lbs ( will take my weight once a week)
Squat: 115 Lbs / 5 5 5
Bench Press: 115 lbs / 5 5 3 (will stay at same weight next training)
Deadlift: 135 lbs / 5
