    I had it set in my mind that I wanted to do that yesterday, and Chris kept me going. I'm actually starting to enjoy bench days. Merry Christmas Tone, tell Eddy, and Jilly I said the same. Can't wait to get back to normal and train together. I actually miss you guys. See you tomorrow!

    Thanks Tim. Yup that was in the new boss. It fits pretty good, it could be tighter but it'll fit great once I get my weight back up to 230. Can't wait to have you back next week.

    Eh tonight was okay. First time doing Rolling Thunders, so I messed with the weight alittle to figure out what was right for me. I really liked them though.     Felt okay today, got done in alittle less then an hour. Decided to rotate my raw squat and raw deadlift day every other week. I just can't handle pulling and squatting 2 times every week for long before it takes its toll. Especially on my hips. Afterwards Tim and I helped Tone move a mattress and box spring into his new house, so big congrats to him. The place is really nice.

    Good decision on swapping DLs and Squats every other week. Im about to do the same. Last week my hips just quit on me I felt so beat up.

    Yup I'm already feeling better today. I'm going to Pull 2 times this week and squat once, then squat twice and pull once next week. I'll keep that rotation up for awhile and see how it feels.

    Nice day Sam. I didn't see the pulls, but the squatting was choice. 745 was just about the perfect weight for your last set.
