I like the caps. I try to spread out my intake of supps through out the day and this makes it easier. I keep the caps in my desk at work and can take them without worrying about mixing anything up. If you dont care how you get the creatine in you you may want to check out RESULTS. That is some good stuff right there!

I prefer the powder. I already take too many pills a day (ETS, Vitamins, Fish Oil, Glucosamine, etc). I put the creatine in my nitrean shake and call it a day.......

I just finished my first jug of Results and liked it. I noticed a dramatic change in my recovery/intensity on my first work out without it. Which i guess is sorta bad for me, but a testament to Results' results.
