I did not hurt my back with a heavy squat or deadlift... I wasn't doing anything heavy really. I hurt my back doing dips when my body twisted a little bit. It hurt quite a bit at the time but now it feels like nothing. The pain was sharp, that's all I remember. The only thing is that my back cracks a lot more often now. My gf told me that it looks like my spine doesn't go straight up from my butt to my neck but rather very very lightly veers to the left and back to the right. She said she wouldn't have noticed it unless I told her I hurt my back the other day. Has anyone ever experienced this? I skipped my deadlift workout and I'm making an appointment with a chiropracter.
