I know there are no absolute answer to this, but in general, should legs and calves be done on a day by themselves? If so, why? I'm having diffuculties to know on which day my shoulders should be trained, and thought I might try the leg day. Currently my split looks like this:
Chest, shoulders, triceps
Back, biceps, abs
I'm totally dead in my shoulders after i've done my seven sets with my chest. What do you think ?
