    Strongman Incline Log 220 For 24 Reps

    Two weeks out from my next NAS Strongman Competition. I will be competiting in the Under 200 pound open class.


    Here is a video of incline log from today. You have 1 minute to get as many as possible in the competition.

    Nice!

    Depending on the contest they might make you hold each rep at the top and wait for a down command (usually do) but you should still be good for 20+... you were easily hammering them out.
