The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness

Itís no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

I'm going to go hard for about 9 months before competing in a meet again. I want to make a national qualifying total next year. So my next meet will be Alberta Provincials sometime in July. There's no date set yet but that's when they usually are. Then maybe after that a meet in Oct to Saskatchewan or BC.

Still awaiting postings of 2010 schedules

Well, that's hard to say as of right now since some feds 2010 schedules are not posted yet. I plan on competing in an APF, NASA, and WABDL meets depending on when they will be and time off from work and fundings for meets that are not local.

USAPL Raw nationals next year for me as well.. hoping to score a big 1800lb total @ 242..

I'd like to hit another comp pre-july 2010, but there aren't very many near me. I thinking about getting some gear and hitting a single-ply meet so I can compete in USAPL geared nationals in june 2010 in palm springs.. still unsure about that as I don't want to mess with my RAW total at all..

I'm from Ohio, so I may come up to visit family and do that USAPL meet in march in single ply to qualify for nationals, not sure if I want to do that though..

I can't hit Ohio twice next year so I'll have to make a decision. If I do go geared, I'll need a USAPL qualifier for nationals in palm springs, so that march meet would be best..

I should probably figure it out soon, but whatever, haha..

oh, and def we'll have to meet up for lunch or something!

There will be an APF meet in April here in Texas. Maybe in the Houston area, but that part isn't set in stone yet.

Holding the APF Alabama in March (exact weekend not yet set). Competing at RUM the end of January. Maybe the APF Single Ply Nationals in April and definately the APF Masters Nationals in May. Finances will dictate if I can fit in the Single Ply Nationals. That's a lot of long expensive trips...we'll see. It would be a good challenge to compete in 3 National meets in the same year Raw, Single, and Multi.
