Hey guys, need some advice here. The past 2 weeks, I've noticed my hands rotating forward while Benching, especially when doing ME stuff. It's a quick rotation forward. I immediately rotate my hands back, but I feel like this can get me in big trouble, ie dropping the weight on myself. I've never had this problem in the past. The bar sits at the lower portion of my palms. Could it be that the bar is sitting too low on my hands? I did injure my wrist and thumb 4 months ago, but I don't think it's the problem. I believe I'm gripping the bar hard and keeping my wrists straight/tight.
