The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness

Itís no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

    Bench problem.

Hey guys, need some advice here. The past 2 weeks, I've noticed my hands rotating forward while Benching, especially when doing ME stuff. It's a quick rotation forward. I immediately rotate my hands back, but I feel like this can get me in big trouble, ie dropping the weight on myself. I've never had this problem in the past. The bar sits at the lower portion of my palms. Could it be that the bar is sitting too low on my hands? I did injure my wrist and thumb 4 months ago, but I don't think it's the problem. I believe I'm gripping the bar hard and keeping my wrists straight/tight.

The bar sits just above my thumb joint, not close to my wrist at all. My wrist isnt bent much so its like the weight is sitting directly perpindicular to the arm.

I figured the opinion of someone with similiar stats would be of value to you.
