I wanted to make a schedule for the near future so here it is so far:

Monday- Back/Biceps/Abs

Tuesday- Off/Rest

Wednesday- Chest/Shoulder/Triceps/Abs

Thursday- Off/Rest

Friday- Legs/Abs

Curious if anyone has any ideas of what i could do Saturday and Sunday and if this is a good set up so far. Should i workout on the weekend or just leave this how it is? Should i switch these days around or change things up? Any advice wanted!
