    How much does having a beer screw over your training?

    Hey. I just came back from a bar and had three beers in a row. I've been trying to eat a good amount everyday and get a good consistent routine going in my training to get bigger and build a better body. Every once in a while I want to have a beer late night though. Since I just had three I was wondering if having a huge night of drinking every once in a while is alright. Or are they are protocols I should be on the lookout for? Let me know. Thanks in advance.

    Good read, IronRanger. Definitely makes me feel better about having gone out last night...haha. (however the strip club was a bad idea)

    A necessary part of training, IMO. Although, a proper lapdance should relieve one of some protein...might wanna take an extra scoop of whey on these days.

    First of all great article. Three beers is nothing to worry about, IMO unless you plan on making your living from bodybuilding and every little detail must be perfect, don't worry about it, just have fun and keep it in moderation.

    It's always been my personal opinion that where people actually take the steps back is the next day. Sitting around hungover all day and not getting getting proper meals in and hydration levels back hurts way more then the actual alcohol.
