Hey. I just came back from a bar and had three beers in a row. I've been trying to eat a good amount everyday and get a good consistent routine going in my training to get bigger and build a better body. Every once in a while I want to have a beer late night though. Since I just had three I was wondering if having a huge night of drinking every once in a while is alright. Or are they are protocols I should be on the lookout for? Let me know. Thanks in advance.
