Lately I have been having a lot of soreness and pain in my hips. I just wanted to know if you guys have any good stretches or dynamic warm up moves that may help alleviate this pain?
I do the westside barbell template but lately have been experimenting with the sheiko method, so I have been squatting a lot. Any help would be appreciated.
Lunges, exaggerated kicks, and jumping jack variations for dynamic warm-up, and then do some self-myofascial release (foam rolling) and static stretches after your workout.
