And I'd just like to say thanks to everyone that participated in this competition. It was fun to follow and several contestants hit PR's along the way which was awesome to see.

We'll be doing more competitions like this going forward and they will be pretty varied so a chance for everyone to compete and be in with a chance to grab some goodies.

Oh and if anyone is interested in their own wilks formulas, I have attached a spreadsheet which contains all lifters final numbers (in the order of lifts submitted) and also a summary of all placings. (see two tabs)

Great job by all the lifters and well done by Daniel and Chris. You don't see competitions with prizes like this going on in any other forums. Spread the word of WBB.

You know the one thing that has been soooooo cool about this competition is the level of encouragement and goodwill amongst everyone involved.

In other forums I can imagine everyone trying to cheat and members calling people out on their numbers, but everyone has been a brilliant sport and it's been great fun.

Just reminds me what I love about this place.

A HUGE THANK YOU to ALN for sponsoring this contest, they really went above and beyond in a major way! I completely agree that you don’t see this kind of lifter support happening in other forums, when you add in the top-notch training information and pro advice that we get here, it’s clear why WBB is such a great place. Many thanks to Daniel and Chris!
I truly appreciate the kind words from this thread and the contest thread, there is no better compliment than one that comes from other lifters because only they know exactly what it takes to do what we do, year after year. Also, sincere congratulations to everyone that hit a new PR as a result of this contest – that is what it’s all about. We definitely have a solid collection of lifters on this forum!

Wow.. I'm speechless... I never thought I would win anything, I was just hoping for some transition back to PL motivation... thanks a lot Daniel, Chris, At Large and WBB!!
Thanks for giving this old fat guy a boost..
And I'll look to spread some of my wealth... see if I can get a few new customers for At Large by getting some of the 2.2 lbs of Nitrean and giving them to a few guys at the gym.

To my fellow competitors... awesome job. All of your efforts pushed me and I appreciate that. What some of you lighter guys are pushing raw is amazing... a 449 Wilks!! wow, that is Elite level Athos... and I sure wish I had a deadlift as smooth as endy... and it was nice competing again with some of the long timer WBB'ers like Chris R and Guido.
