    Symmetry Question?

I'm sure most of you are tired of hearing questions like this, but i've been lifting for almost a year now and i have major symmetry problems. I know that it is impossible to have 100% symmetry but i wou ld be fine with like 80 percent. My right arm (dominant) is at least a third bigger than my left. it is slightly noticable especiall bicep and forearm size. I wanted to ask if there is a solution to fixing this, a reply would be most helpful. or if any of you fellow body builders have had the same issue but is now resolved.

    Squats+Deadlift+Food= Mass

    Solution is equal to mass.
    Age: 18
    Height: 6'1
    Weight: 238

    All lifts are raw:

    Bench: 325(max)
    Squat: 510(max)
    Dead lift: 500(max)

Time and being consistent with your workouts.
I realize "almost a year" seems like a long time to you, but it isn't nearly enough time to overcome any symmetry problems you may have.

Id say keep on chugging away and gain some weight. Ive got no real experience with this, but I think if you put on another 25lbs of LBM youll be alright. What is the exact routine? Do you have any pictures?

You are probably fretting too much over this, as you are symmetrical everywhere else, yes?

    The exact routine is

    Monday
    Squat or box squat 2-3 x 5
    Glute/Ham Raises or pullthroughs 3 x 10
Bent Row or Chest Supported row 4 x 6
    Barbell or Dumbbell Curl 3 x 8
    Calf Raises 3 x 15

    Wednesday
    Bench Press or low board press 3 x 5, or 3 x 3
    Incline Dumbbell Bench Press 4 x 8
Military or Dumbbell Shoulder Press 3 x 8
    Skull Crushers 3 x 10
    Ab work 3 x 10

    Friday
    Deadlift or rack deadlift 2-3 x 5
    Leg press 2 x 10
    Chin or lat pull-down 4 x 6
    Barbell or Dumbbell Curl 3 x 8
    Calf Raises 3 x 15

    Monday
    Incline bench press or Incline Dumbbell Press 3 x 5, or 3 x 3
    Dumbbell Bench Press 4 x 8
Military or Dumbbell Shoulder Press 3 x 8
    Tricep pushdowns 3 x 10
    Ab work 3 x 10 Monday

Ive noticed my whole right arm is slightly bigger my tricep forearm bicep and somewhat of my shoulder is slightly bigger than my sligthly weaker left.
