I'm sure most of you are tired of hearing questions like this, but i've been lifting for almost a year now and i have major symmetry problems. I know that it is impossible to have 100% symmetry but i wou ld be fine with like 80 percent. My right arm (dominant) is at least a third bigger than my left. it is slightly noticable especiall bicep and forearm size. I wanted to ask if there is a solution to fixing this, a reply would be most helpful. or if any of you fellow body builders have had the same issue but is now resolved.
