    routine for my sister

    so she wants to cut.

    as she has never trained before i think ill first put her on something basic to get used to stuff.
    She sayd herself that she will lift twice a week. I was thinking like this with a full body twice a week

    Leg Press (im not going to be there to show her a complicated lift like the squat, and she may **** up and get injured )
    3 sets, 12 reps
    Pullups 3 sets 8 reps (these would probably be assisted, but thas cool)
    db bench press 3 sets 8 reps
    Leg Extensions 2 sets 12 reps
    Leg curls 2 sets 10 reps
    db OH press 3 sets 8 reps
    db curls 3 sets 8 reps

    That look like anything decent?

    I'll give her some exercise....SH*T I promised I wouldn't say that when I clicked on this thread...
    I suppose that's fine what you have there, but it's not gonna help her cut man, she's gotta do cardio

    and she's trying to cut? dang...yeah, i guess that routine would be good for now then....leg extensions might not be good then...those things can mess up your knees, and if she dances they're under stress already.

    p.s. is it past 9 pm there?

    its past 9 am mrrrrr.
    and GMT is not my time.

    she doesn`t dance like all the time kind of all the time.
    but shes in uni and they party a whole buncha times a week.

    I would scrap the extensions, cut down on a set of curls and ad a set or two of skulls and calve raises.

    Personaly I enjoy doing my extentions, because they are fun Then again I get **** from Pup "for doing 3 types of curls because they are fun" But thats just me... I get a little excited about leg day LOL

    this then. of course this is only for now. when she stops progressing she should try a 2 day split. like upper/lower body or something

    Leg Press 3 sets, 12 reps

    tonnes of cardio = catabolism.
    she dances a lot should be enough cardio.
    she also does some swimming now and then.
    what she needs to add is liftin and diet. no mo`

    how long till she should change from 2 full bodies to a 2 day split?
    when she stops progressing?

    Renier, my wife follows a routine similar to that, combined with cardio 5-6 days per week for about 25-30 minutes (when she trains). She has made consistent gains in size and strength. There is really no need for your sister to switch to a split routine, ever.

    Try teaching her how to squat. My girlfrined usues DB's and does squats. Eventually she will use BB. Girls seem to find lunges enjoyable, must give them that nice booty!!

    how the hell does that make sense?
    isn`t it supposed to be harder for females to gain size and strength than males, not the other way around?

    she squats.
    in fact i believe she is squatting as we speak
