Itís no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

It is designed for limited movement and to work one small shoulder muscle. Sounds like you were expecting or wanting more than it is designed to offer.

    Someone should have read this:

Poor Manís Shoulder Horn (DB external rotation)

Okay, so we all know the shoulder horn is greatÖbut what if you donít have an extra 60 bucks to shell out? In comes the poor manís shoulder horn, which costs you zero dollars and is damn-near just as effective!
On the other hand, why not give it a try for a couple of weeks. If your bench increases with 30lbs, it wouldnt be such a waste of money.

Unless you are rehabilitating, it seems rather inefficient.

IMHO, exercises are supposed to be hard. If you aren't trying to accomplish a very specific goal with this device, it seems like a waste.

but yeah, it is total waste of money. lessson learned.

I bought it because a lot of time i am working out on my own and wanted to push more wieghts with safety in mind. But i think i fumbled on this one.

it's all good, just a little pissed. That's all. I will get over it.

I have a shoulder horn and it's irreplaceable for rotator strength. Its not one of those tools that will skyrocket your bench or anything, it is however excellent for increasing shoulder stability through rotator strength.
