Lack luster day today to say the least.
I stopped here and did nothing else. Maybe it was a ****ty night sleep, too much heavy work this week, or my head just wasnt in the game today...either way im think Im going to adjust my goals a bit. Originally I wanted the national record total (1025, the current is 1020) which would mean I have to hit all my 3rds, 440-225-360. But I think Im just going to go for a 1k total and the national record squat for 17-19 148lb squat, which is 370. Attempts Im thinking are going to be now:
Bench 185-215-go by feel
Dead 320-355-go by feel
If I hit my 3rd for the squat, 2nd for the bench and dead Ill hit 1k. The biggest thing is the squat...hopefully a week off, plus the mono and not having to wrap my own knees should help.
