    Took to vid to compare speed in the future. I tried to take one w/ the last set of 195 but my phone fell. All sets, including the 275, felt and looked really quick. But my left knee was bothering me a lot towards the middle sets and I have no idea why. Hopefully this does not continue.

    Used 20s for the first 2 and 10s for the C&P. Did this instead of the sled since it snowed 20 inches yesterday. Took no rest between circuits, 2min 30 seconds time.

    Weighed in at 158 think morning and have been around 157-159 the past week. I gained weight like a wanted and stayed pretty lean, but Ill cut a bit this deload week and recomp until the meet (~4 weeks). If the meet scale is heavy it might be tough to make the cut from here. Shooting for a 1000 total, so attempt will look something like:

    SQ 355-385-415 (I can take a 4th for this)
    Bench 200-225-go by feel
    Deadlift 330-360-go by feel

    Bench and Deadlift attempts might change depending how squat goes. I should definitely have the 415, maybe more.

    After this meet Ill be doing an RTS style template. This is for several reason...I want to keep my weight pretty steady. Ill be competing at 165 after this don't want to fill out the weight class too quickly. I currently have ~16lbs to gain before I will to be heavy to cut to 165. So Ill be there for about 2-3 years. Also, I think the auto-regulation that RTS encompasses is a great idea. And although westside has gotten me bigger and stronger, Im not a firm believer in all the extra exercises and not practicing the contest movement that often. RTS will allow me to customize my training a lot more.
