Needless to say Im not happy with 7. My form sucked ass, my quads felt like they were cramping up, my shoulders were coming untucked, elbows flaring early, it was all fubar'd. When I got off the bench I had an aweful headache all of a sudden and I felt dizzy and nauseous. I still feel ****ty.
85+short minis for 6 sets of 3. Form started to get a lot better for the last 3 sets. Putting pressure on my neck/back of head to set up was making me feel like **** everytime. It usually isnt like this.

I dont really know what was wrong with benching today. Now my pecs feel weird again. I need to concentrate on form A LOT more and stop drinking red bulls. Im going to do the warmup sets until I get the form PERFECT for all sets. I read in the last plusa that the sheiko does that with his guys to reinforce form...hopefully it will help.
Also, next deload I wont be using bands at all. Ill just use straight weight. Rookie mistake on my part

I was disappointed with this, I know I had 10 in me. I know this is an excuse. I had a headache going into squatting and on the eighth rep the back of my head felt like it was going to explode. I literally doubled over after the set. I really hope this goes away by wednesday. On a side note, I still need to buy a texas power bar.

Little recovery work. Its warmer out so I can drag my sled again. Sled dragging is going to be tanning time too come summer time lol. Eventually Ill work up to 20 min sessions.

I still have an aweful ****ing headache on top of midterms this week. On the last set of militaries I got that same pain in the back of my head. Its literally the worst pain I think Ive ever felt and I have a high pain tolerance. Its going to kill me on deads if it doesnt go away.

Hey man I just wanted to say what's up. You can check my journal, we're pretty similar in lifts, just I'm 3 years older and 10lbs lighter. But where do you live at? Me and my buddy go to Rutgers and we're going to the USAPL State Championships on 2/28. It's my first comp so I didn't even realize there was another one the day before in Edison. Just wanted to say hi, and sweet squats, I wish I was that high lol.

260x6 --> Im not sure why I got so few. I just couldnt get any power off the floor. Maybe it was just the 2 midterms I had yesterday plus 3 hours of studying after and the midterm today. Either way Im not stressing it. Ill kill it next week for the 3 week.

Ya, don't stress the deadlift. Many factors play into how well you do in the gym. I had a cr@ppy workout on Saturday and killed it today (Monday).

250x7 --> wasn't hard, bar was slipping and feet were out of position. Leaving a rep or 2 in the tank has kept me progressing anyway, so no biggie
