    Glad to help buddy. Move the weights up on that 3-Board. You should be doing heavy 3 sets of 5. 10's are no good. Maybe over Easter break or something you can get down here on a Monday and bench with us one night.

    Will do Tone; Ill lower those reps for my next cycle. I have off from school all week this next Mon-Fri. Im supposed to be checking out the training studio Wednesday or Friday. Im not sure if that is definite though because my dad needs to be off from work since he wants to come the first time to make sure I can drive there alright.

    Are you free this Monday? Im not sure what my dad is working...probably won't be able to come but I can ask and see. What time do you guys train?

    275x4 --> this was really ****ty. I should have gotten ~8. I was tired as hell going into this and I think that was the reason. My slept patterns get all ****ed up during the weekends and it crashes me on mondays. I couldnt get any power off the floor. Got to get that in check.

    Lesson learned for deads this cycle. Get more sleep and don't do deficit deads for more than 2 weeks or it will mess up form.
