Nice PR on the bench! I hit 250 over the summer as of right now I'm not to far off of it now. I see you have switched to Westside... I've actually been looking into this past week as well.

Nice rack pulls. And at that height, I know it's ALL back strength.

225 was solid today. A 20lb pr in 3 weeks on incline bench aint too bad. Really starting to like Westside. Should start making some huge gains.

    Thanks guys.

OffRoad- yeah I'm really liking the Westside stuff. Only going heavy once a week for upper and lower really lets me heal up and be mentally ready to go all out. I havn't felt this refreshed/motivated in a long time. Thinking I'll start plowing through the iron.

Great workout. Lifted with some buddys and really noticed how big my arms are getting. One of my friend has pretty defined good looking arms, but when I stood next to him mine are like twice the diameter.

Everythings feeling good right now. Maxing out on Box Squats on friday.

Awesome work in here man! You've been hitting some huge PRs! That's cool that you switched to westside. I've always been fascinated in the system, but I feel like I'm a ways off before I'm ready for it. Glad to see you making gains and I'll follow along to get some ideas if I ever switch to it.

Do you plan on getting any bands? I think some minis would be helpful for speed work. I'm looking forward to friday. High box, parallel, or low box?

MILK! Haha. Starting to roll again. We got snow here now so no more football for me until spring. Should be a good winter.

    Thomas-
Thanks for the input man. I plan on adding bands sometime down the road. I'm in no hurry though, if I can keep progressing solidly with the basics I won't mess with anything.

    Gator-
    Thanks dude.
