The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness

It’s no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

CURLS FOR DA GIRLS!!!! Everyone hates on the curls, but you gotta do em for the females.

    Thanks guys.

And Famous, no I quit MMA. Between college, work, and lifting there is no time. I miss it, but honestly I love weight lifting way more than anything else. Its almost thereputic for me. And I think I have much more potential to excel someday in the weightroom than the cage.

    Thanks dude.

Took a pic today- back progress from about 170lb to 275lbs.

Not very lean, but have some quality mass under there. And I'm only benching 250-60, when I get up to 315+ should be huge. Looking forward to cutting down eventually.
