Noticing anything from speed work yet? It took me awhile to figure speed work out but once I did I could push the heavy weights off my chest like it was nothing.

Hey guys long time not posting......

The last month i've been dicking around, went on a cut for a while, lost a little weight and strength. I got sick of cutting and did some soul searching and realized lifting heavy is one of the few things that makes me happy. I have a second wind and am getting pumped about lifting again.

I am looking to compete in a PL meet by summer, and really have taken an interest in strongman. Therefore, my routing has changed a little bit.

    M- Rest
    T- Overhead Pressing
    W- Light cardio
    TH- ME Lower
    F- Light cardio
    S- ME Upper
    SU- DE Lower

Cardio will mostly consist of basketball lol.

Messed up my lower back playing basketball somehow, and was still feeling it today. Didn't want to risk a 5th rep with the pressure in my back. Gonna rest it good.

Thanks dude. I'm 6'2 and have big bone structure. Everyone thinks I play football lol.

Yeah those seated presses were seated. I havn't done those in like 4 months so it felt like a new movement again. Got up to 165 by 3 or 4 a while ago.
