Sadly this is the third training journal I have started in 3-4 years.... Hopefully I can keep this one going and more consistent than the others. I have had an up and down journey of gaining weight, losing weight..being healthy and being hurt....I played pro paintball for years and had an extreme injury that took me out of the game for almost a year, then 2 months after I got back I broke my foot which took me out for another 3 1/2 months. My team wasn't waiting for me to recover anymore and I dropped to the semi-pro team and then traded to a team out here in southern California where I currently reside in Laguna Beach. I've been running and trying to slowly get back into playing shape as I won't start practicing again until the end of the month. I'm already going to miss out on my second season in a row and just trying to make sure that the next is my best as like in tennis at 25 (turning 26 on the 7th) I'm getting up there in years for my career. Since I've moved to Laguna I've grown a crazy addiction to beach volleyball and play just about everyday. What other sport can you play on the beach and be with gorgeous half naked women??? I have world cup in late October which I will be guesting with some of my lower divisional buddies, but depending on how well I bounce back I may be able to sneak a spot on our semi-pro team and get back on track. I'm taking the year off of school to gain in-state tuition because out-of-state is stupid expensive, and lets face it.....I'm broke lol. My goal is to get up to 230 and cut back to 215 walking around. I've never been over 200 and I'm tired of being the tall skinny kid walking around and want to finally be proud of the body I've built and been given.
