Cycle 1/ Week 1
Hang High Pull
BAD NEWS- I have successfully reinjured my lower back again. I AM SO PISSED! Just gonna have to take it easy for however long it takes to heal, the last thing I want is permanant back injury for the rest of my life.
Decided since my back is fu**** up I would try out sumo deadlifts.
