    490 Squat @ 211BW, belt and wraps only

    Hit this yesterday at my intra-squad powerlifting meet. I also hit a 308 raw bench and 584 DL suited for a 1,383 total. The squat was a 20lb PR over the 470 I hit a few weeks ago.

    Thanks, guys. Yeah, I want to go for 4 red plates soon (496, using kilo plates), and then 500 using the standard 45's.
