490 Squat @ 211BW, belt and wraps only

Hit this yesterday at my intra-squad powerlifting meet. I also hit a 308 raw bench and 584 DL suited for a 1,383 total. The squat was a 20lb PR over the 470 I hit a few weeks ago.

Thanks, guys. Yeah, I want to go for 4 red plates soon (496, using kilo plates), and then 500 using the standard 45's.

Solid squat bro, you will be hitting 500 in now time flat.
Success is achieved by doing a little more than you thought you could, and a lot more than anyone else.
