The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness

Itís no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

Home made chain setup, does this look good?

    Buying them!

Ive simply gotten a smaller chain for the hold, and draped the chains through it. Feels great so far, and gives me about 100lbs at the top.

Being a strong teenager means nothing.

My wrists hurt, but some people don't have wrists to be sore. My knees have tendinitis, but some people don't have legs to get tendinitis in. I seem to be going backwards with training, yet some people can't even walk let alone lift 400 pounds on a daily basis.

Dust out the vagina, and keep on lifting.

What size chains did you get? And where were you able to find them?

I love it to. You should see the look on some peoples' faces when they walk by in the morning or later at night to see some fat guy in nothing but his underwear with 400 pounds on his back in the front patio.

A hardware chain called Bunnings. They are 3/8" chains, I got a total of 17.4 metres, 8x 1.8m + 2x 1.5m because I ran them out of chain / A total of 56 feet of chain at $5.60 per foot. Overall there are 88lbs of chain at $3.55 a pound.

Keep in mind I can buy much cheaper from industrial suppliers, but Im well off and I just bought what I found first.

    Sweeet.

Had my first run today, 308 on the bar + the 88lbs of chains. **** was ****ing awesome, blasting out of the whole and then BAM. This will help me so much with getting out of clean.

    Thanks guys!

DAMN! I found mine at a Tractor Supply store for $1.65 a foot! Plus mine are gold [looking], so I look like Mr. T when I drape them around my neck

Nice! Like I said, i could have gotten them cheaper. But without sounding snobbish Im a well off kid and simply walked to the store right next to me rather than snooping around for the best deal.
