Back at the gym after being off for a couple of months. I started my first week with weights I could handle.
When I have the bar across my shoulders and standing up, I have zero pain. As I go down, I get this feeling in a small little point in my mid back on the right side that feels like someone is pulling out a hair with a pair of tweezers. That's the only way I can describe the pain. It's there and then it's gone by the time I'm at the bottom of the lift. As I go up there is no feeling. I asked someone to watch my form, and it seems to be fine. I'm concentrating on my form more with less weights, but it seems to still be there. If I go down with no weight, body only, then that little feeling isn't there. It's only when I add weight.
