im a newbie to all this can u guys give me any pointers.
i am tall and have a lean build . i also have small goals i want to acheive first which are:-
*body mass and muscle growth
*i want bigger arms ,chest and back
can u guys offer me any assistance with sum work out routines and diets that could help ?

I would really encourage you to read as many of the articles on the main site (www.wannabebig.com) and then the stickies in the training and diet forums as there is a ton of great info there and it'll help you ask better quality questions and make some decisions for yourself.
Check out the routines on the main site and pick one of them as that will get you started on the right track.

^to add, I always suggest WBB The Original Routine for new and even sometimes experienced lifters as its a great program for hypertrophy training.
What are your current stats such as weight, best single rep on squat/deadlift/bench (if any), bodyfat if known, current routine, etc.
sorry .. i dont know any of my stats.this a little bit of my routine at the moment.im about 6ft3 wieghing about 75 kg , (stick)
i only bench about 50 kg 4 sets,3 try n push out 15 and last set just push till i cant push any more . lame i no but im not that strong in upper body which im hoping to improve in all areas especally the chest .curling 30kg 3 sets of 10.tri's i think like only 20 kg pull downs n i dont know wat there called but behind the head extensions? um 25 kg trying for 3 sets of 8. only starting out so ill jus have a read of sum of the forums n see wat suits me best at the moment .. thanks heaps
