I would be very interested in this. I have a raw meet coming up in January then am looking to cut down from 198-220er to maybe 181s. Really sounds like it would fit perfectly.

If you want to "sign up" for it, you have to wait until you get the email Monday to do so.

It's awesome that there is loads of interest and some great questions too!

I'll take the questions one by one!

    No age limit!

There are no set parameters at all. Although the routine is geared towards hypertrophy and gaining muscle mass so it would suit those who want to pack on some mass and are willing to eat towards a calorie excess.

Having said that, I want to get a nice mix of people on it so I definately think we can get some people onto it who want to cut weight too!!

No certain supplement intake. We'll be recommending certain supplements to get the most out of the program, but nothing will be absolutely required...

Great question.. yep, you'll be fine. The routine is pretty flexible and you'll be able to choose exercises that fit into certain days and for those who don't want to do that, there will be several designed templates.

Everyone who applies will have a fair shot!

The bulk of it is going to be training methadology. Everyone is very different and has different goals so it's hard to prescribe exactly what people should be eating. Having said that there will be guidelines for how to eat and supplement depending on your goals for sure so you can get the most out of the program.

Wow.... can't wait for this to come out....may I ask why only 15 participants? It seems like such a small number compared to the amount of people on the site. I'm not trying to be a smart ... or second guess you, I'm just curious as to why only 15. It seems that you have PLENTY of willing people right here and now. I would guess that some people are going to duck out of the regimen after it gets started also.... at least I would think.

    Daniel,
Sounds like a great program idea, From the response, you may need to add a zero to the end of 15. I would love to see what you could do with me at 52

This sounds amazing, especially because it is done by a company that always focusses on real results. It will be amazing to see what results everyone gets.

I would also like to know this, since the number of applicants will be quite high, the likelyhood of getting picked will probably be slim!

Brad08 has some insight for people who don't understand... anything.
This is so ****ing ******ed it's almost beyond belief. So, if you eat 3k, you will automatically gain 3k worth of fat or muscle? Incredible. And here I am eating all this food, yet maintaining my weight. Fascinating.

You're one of those pussies that counts his almonds I bet.

Hey Dan, though my primary focus at the moment is football (im in highschool) i first want to lose weight and put on some muscle before i get into more sport specific training. Ive always had a hard time putting on muscle/strength and losing weight (im fine with one or the other, but its hard for me to keep my strength up while losing weight), but starting january i will start hitting the weights as hard as i can, eating as healthy as possible, and supplementing. Basically my point is i am extremely overweight and weak, yet i am willing to do almost anything to reverse that, is that enough to join this program?
