    Woohoo! I'm definitely applying! But can't do so til I get back from hol's... thankfully that will be before cut-off date! One quick question from me, Dan; I don't do deadlifts because of my back operations, so won't be able to provide a 5RM for DL's. Will this affect my application? Many thanks.

    It may be possible to tweak it around a bit, but at the end of the day you'll get the best results by following the program to a T rather than trying to make a hybrid of one you are already on and the new WBB one.

    It'd be nice to have a broad range because personally I think the program is going to work well for thos interested in seriously bulking or cutting aswell as those who just want to shed some fat and main/gain lean muscle or add muscle to an already lean physique..

    This would usually be right up my street so to speak but i've just recently changed my routine with a great amount of help from Tom so i'm giving this my 100% effort for the next 16 weeks but what you are doing is a fantastic offer which just goes to show how much ALN and this board has to offer.

    Looking forward to who gets picked, seeing their progress and then hopefully mid year I'll give it a go when you publish to the rest of us.

    I am really looking forward to March when this is available to everyone. I am not a big guy...never will be...but I would really like to put on about 20 lbs of muscle. For my frame it will look awesome. I have had health issues in the past that kept me from working out and to lose weight but I'm back...never backdown right?

    I am also looking forward to seeing the before and after pics of the guys/girls who pilot this program. Show us what you got

    what the heck, I'd begame

    I'm stuck in the desert, with very strict routines in my daily life, one of which, I never, ever, have anything come up that keeps me from working out. I'm 207 lbs, 5'11", with 500 raw sq, 600 raw dl, and 280raw bench.
