One thing I will say is,
Everyone that gets accepted BETTER not mess around and do what they gotta do for this program, because there was 125+ more people that wanted to do it. So those of us who luckily made it, better give 100%, and stick with it to the end!!!

I am a little surprised I got cut... I am very interested to see who got picked and what their criterion was for selection.

There are bound to be some very excited people and some very dissapointed people. I'm glad to see that everybody is understanding of that. After all, we all get to use it in a few months

Give or take literally 1 or 2, every application was REALLY strong and it was REALLY tough to choose between people.

I really appreciate how people who did not get in responded and I promise we'll do something for you before we launch it properly.

Also, there are bound to be a drop off or two so maybe literally 2 or 3 places might open up, but I cannot gaurantee that of course.

What was the main criteria for selection? Current physique? Maxes? Age? Goals? Motivational paragraph?

I too would like to know the criteria? What made you choose one person over another?

Were there many cases of 'we can't decide between two guys, we'll just have to flip a coin?'

We took into account all factors we asked for.

What was absolutely key though was a strong application (why people wanted to do the program). The most important thing will be personal dedication and the ability to follow through on this program and be consistent for 12 weeks so we looked at peoples background and also application to weigh that up.

But, even saying that we picked some guys who just didnít seem to have a great track record at being consistent because their application gave us the confidence they were ready to change.

We also picked a varied bunch of people. Outta shape wanting to lose fat and gain some muscle, skinny and wanting to gain weight and already in good shape and lean wanting to add lean muscle.

To be honest, virtually everyone who didnít get in had good applications, it was just a case of trying to weigh everything up and get a varied group of people we believed would follow through into the group.

I'm sure you guys struggled with this. I know how much you guys care and like to help. I'm glad I was not in your shoes.

Good luck to those who got in. For those who did not, remember, Micheal Jordan got cut from his HS basketball team. As a result, he did not quit, he just worked harder.

Have been selected as well. Excited and cannot wait to start.

Hopefully I'll be an inspiration to the rest with my story. Good luck everyone.
