The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness

Itís no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

not been able to train for a year

I have had depresion for over a year now cnt go out anymore and im in pain every day etc.
after two physios couldnt help a chiropractor is having trouble to find out whats up with me, but after researching and what the chiropractor has told me i am 99.9% sure its a gluteus medius tendon tear or rupture connected to the femur, pain down the quad and I.T band and pain in the hip, lower back. I have also tore my left shoulder and got an inpingement in my right scapula. The glute medius was caused by one leg being longer than the other and my core not being able to stabilize properly on the way down of a squat. so i am pretty f'd up has anybody know how i should go about a gluteus medius tear?
I believe that when the body is strong, the mind thinks strong thoughts. Time spent away from the Iron makes my mind degenerate. I wallow in a thick depression. My body shuts down my mind.
