    Anyone know where to get a hold of a few basic diet templates?

    Im trying to get more focused on dropping down a weight class and to be honest I never focused on this and dont really know where to start.

    Talk with Shelby. I have been working with him for 11 weeks and am VERY impressed. Just added him on for abother 12 weeks.

    He knows his stuff. I just finished up 12 weeks with him. If you can't afford hiring him, his e-book was cheap and pretty good.

    x3 for Shelby / carb cycling.

    I havnt hired him but i have a couple of the ebooks and have asked him a few q's via the q&a and implementing carb cycling has made a big difference to me and is no effort once you're in the flow of it.

    I will defo hire him once i have some money.

    Scott, I don't think you need to hire Shelby unless you want to do a very detailed and meticulous diet. When I am dieting, I just keep track of my protein during the day and make sure that I never consume more carbs than protein. That way you are forced into eating chicken/beef/shakes if you want that damn donut lol. Also, this typically puts most people pretty close to a 40/40/20 diet. If I want to get really lean, I have to slowly ease my way into a Keto diet, which generally leaves me feeling like crap.
