    Pushing the limits on assistance and top sets of main work so a consolidation of workload for next cycle will happen. Going to add in singles and hit prescribed sets only and do an evaluation day sometime this summer since no meets are available locally. Really want to put together a 1575 total workout before hitting the platform again.
