    Absolutely fried so took off from cardio today. Did some mini band rehab, foam rolled a bit longer than usual, stretched, and iced.

    Logging my diet which stays the same pretty much, except on saturday when I do a high carb meal for meal 7 (oats, sweet potatoes, berries)
    AM Fasted Cardio - 2g Beta Alanine, 5g micronized creatine, black coffee, b vitamin complex
    Breakfast 8am - 4 whole omega 3 eggs, 4-6 slices bacon, 2 oz whole cheese, 1 serving pepperoni, 5g fish oil, plain multi, calcium, glucosamine, black coffee, 2g fiber
    Meal 2 1030am - 4 oz bison, 1.33 cup broccoli or spinach, 2 tbs olive oil, unsweetened green tea
    Meal 3 1230 pm - 1 scoop whey, 1/4 cup almonds
    Meal 4 230 pm - can tuna, 1.33 cup broccoli or spinach, 2 tbs olive oil, unsweetened green tea
    Meal 5 4pm - 1 scoop whey, 1/4 cup almonds, 200 mg caffiene, b vitamin complex
    During training 6pm - 5 g creatine, 2 g beta alanine, 4g BCAA, citrulline malate with a little store brand sugar free lemonade powder
    Meal 6 8pm - 6 oz ground beef, little sour cream and salsa, antioxidant, box of sugar free jello
    Meal 7 9:30 pm - grilled medium sized chicken breast, 2 tbsp natty peanut butter

    Yea, no idea what name to take and since I'm a nobody compared to guys like Travis and Vinny D I opted for the song title of the song I was playing at the time lol. Leviathan is a great album, moreso because Melville's book is a good read.
