    Went away for vacation and found a Oly training gym so I did mostly volume work around 80% for the big three the past week. Also ran some sprints up the sand dunes. Looking to finally get caught up with workouts this week and begin a 8 week raw-equipped transition stage before beginning an equipped Sheiko prep and comp routine once again.
